How often do I have to take the weight lose shot to see pounds come off I practice a healthy diet and I exercise 30min a day I weigh 168 Im 5"2 I really need to lose 25 pounds.I been takeing the shot for about 2 weeks I haven't seen any results yet.
On the Lipotropics shot, it can be taken every 48-72 hours. In between those times, you can also take the LipoBC pills to keep the level really constant as well.
As long as you're exercising, drinking your water (the fat has to have a way to get out of the body), and reducing your calories you should start seeing results. To figure your calories you can go to a place called
http://www.****.htm
and put in your info, but put in "sedentary" as your lifestyle for now. Take the amount they give you for the TDEE. These are the calories it takes per day TO MAINTAIN the weight you're at. But since you want to lose weight, cutCuts and puncture wounds that number by 500 and you should theoretically lose a pound a week. You can cutCuts and puncture wounds it more, but don't want to go below 1200 calories per day. Any exercise will just add to the weight loss. 1-2 pounds a week is an awesome rate because your body will adjust really well to the loss and you'll stand a better chance of keeping it off.
