How long does the pain, swelling and bruising last after having lipodissolve treatment?

I got my first lipodissolve shots on Saturday 5/26/07. It took 3 days to stop the sworeness and swelling. I still have bruises. I was told to take Arnica Montana to help with the swelling and brusing. You can buy it at Whole Foods or GNC.

Well I am from the NJ area, my package was first  zone 1400,00, second zone was 700,00. I see alot of people paid alot more for the lipodissolve, I am not sure why, but I love my doctor, he was highly recommended, i have had other procedures done by him and great results.I have just had my 5th set of shots and yes when the swelling goes down i do see my body taking on a different shape.I am very happy with the results so far, I had the thighs and lower abdomen done, but I do have 3 more set of shots to go.After that and all the swelling and soarness goes away i will see the end result.                                                                                                                                          Like alot of women here I am not fat but had those problem areas that women seem to get stuck with, I was told  to relax 48 hrs after shots, and no anti inflammatories. The soarness is tolerable, but as some one said it does seem like a long tortures process.But so far I like what I see, and I will finish all my shots.I am also considering other parts of the body since it is so affordable.

Hi!  I am from NJ and I had my consultation last week with Dr. Diaz.  I was suppose to start my treatments yesterday but I got nervous and backed out.  I am very interested in this procedure (saddle bags).  Is there any information that you can give me to help me?  it is not FDA approved so I am a lil aprehensive about it.  She was very nice and answered all of my questions.  What should I expect when I go?

Hi everybody.  I am from NJ too and just received my first treatment Wednesday on my lower butt and hamstrings.  I had mine done at Monarch Med spa in Center City Philly for about 2000 dollars and will have a total of 3 treatments.  I am in good shape and workout almost everyday and eat healthy but have some cellulite that just won't go away due to genetics. Today I am still swollen but it's going down.  When I had it done it felt like bee stings.  They also used the ultra sound machine after they completed the injections.  This place has completed 1000 of these and they say everyone was happy with the results.  I'm just wondering when the swelling will go down.  Is there anything to  to help bring the swelling down? That's the worse part.
