Lipodissolve and ultasonic liposuction

-Does anyone knows if Lipodissolve permanently kills the fat cells? or fat tissues can build up in the treated area?

-Any idea about fat removal with ultrasound. This technique removes the fat cells for ever.

The problem with techniques that permanently kill fat cells is that the fat will accumulate in other places instead, but not in the treated area. Which means that your bosy won't look proportional when you will gain weight later on.
Can you help? Any idea which one between the 2 techniques is better to choose?
