Locating HCG

Hello,
I just read Kevin Trudeau's book. I am trying to locate HCG or a physician in the Albany,NY area who could provide it. Does anyone have a recommendation?
Also, the book states to use injections vs oral. The thought of giving myself injections is a little scary - is it definitely better?
Finally, has anyone out there had real success using it? I have tried every diet known to man, is this a gimmick to sell books or are there real people out there that recommend this?

I would read some of the past posts...you will learn all about it...they say the pills are fake and to only use the injections though. In my opinion I would only get the injections from a doc in your area. Jessica
