Loose skin

by Japanesepatient, Jun 23, 2009 06:29AM
Three months ago I had double bypass surgery and was told to lose weight. Since the surgery, I have lost over 15 kilos and I have noticed that my skin is starting to sag. 5 to 6 kilos of the weight loss happened while I was in the hospital as I could not eat for a few days after surgery then I had a poor appetite for a few weeks after that.    Now, I am losing my weight by both diet and exercise.  I keep my calories around 1800 to 2000 a day and I exercise at least three times a week at a gym plus I do some walking given time and weather. My goal is to be at 90 kilos by September 1 adn 80 kilos by March 19, 2010.  Is there any way, while I lose the weight to limit the amount of my skin sagging?

Loose skin is what you will really get if you lose much weight.  From what I know, exercise is one way to limit the amount of loose skin.  Aside from that, plastic surgery will be the answer to your problem. :)
