Hi, I was on topamax 100mg for migraines when I was a teen... stopped years ago... never had weightloss or loss of appitite... i believe the doctor had told me you need to get up to 200mg before real appitite serpresses. BUT i have now been reading dome forums... (check em out for yourself if you don't believe me) that Tompamx has been causing hair loss... so becareful. Also one side affect i expierienced was anything carbonated tasted like sludge... :P it was nasty... I couldn't drink soda for over a year. But I wouldn't rely on Tomamax for weight loss... if you are taking it for migraines I would possiably talk to your doctor about a different pill that has not had any side effects. Good luck in whatever you are trying to achieve.
