Lost 6 lbs in 7 days.

I have had 7 shots so far and lost 6 lbs. I can see it mostly in my belly and love handle areas.

Very exciting.

I am tired and some what hungry.
I think because I am an A + blood type I really need the carbs for energy but until I am done with this diet I won't be eating any carbs.

This diet is awesome.

You're doing the HCG diet too?  What did you eat on the 2 days of Phase 2 (or when you initially start taking the shots)?  Please help.  The only comment/posting I've received in response so far is from a rude, sarcastic person (a/k/a "fightu35).  Thanks.

Barbie ..sorry..Im not picking on you people..im mad at the fact you are all being fooled....like this lady...you can not in any way lose 6 lbs of 'FAT' in 7 days...water yes./..muscle yes..not fat....this whole program is a shame..injecting womens urine...lets be real...these reports are from a website that sells HCG....

Yes, I am doing the shots and YES they are working. I only need to lose 10-12 lbs I am not obese and yes it is belly FAT I am loosing Its not my imagination when I grab the fat skin around my belly and the love handles that are dissapearing.
It is working without a shadow of a doubt anyone saying any different has not tried it.
I am doing the shots and 500 calorie diet.

I lost just as quickly and it was truly only the excess belly fat. It was melting away before my eyes.  love this diet. It was amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to lose weight. Congrats on your weight loss. Keep up the good work. It is so nice to hear other people having success too.

The only person that does not have a clue is YOU.  I went from 165 to 126 in 8 weeks.  I could not have done that without hcg.   You need to read the book.  You propably work for the FDA.  Find another forum.  This one is definately not for people like you.

Congrats!  That's great - 6 lbs in 7 days.  I started Friday and gained 1/2 lb on the 'eat anything days' (1st 2), but Sunday, Day 3 (first day on 500 Calories) I lost 1.25 lbs, so I'm off to a good start.  Sunday was a challenge since I was out of town, but I cooked my food & took it with me.  I'm tickled with the weight loss on that day.

Believe what you want. I lost 40 pounds total in 40 days. Yes I would've lost the same, or more, in fact probably have died if I were on a 500 calorie a day diet without the HCG. Wise up young one.. hcg works. I'm in phase 3 of the diet, and my Dr highly recomended I go another round with the hcg. My weight isn't the only number that has vastly improved. My chol., trigl, HDL, LDL and most importantly my blood pressure is all within normal range now. My last injection was 4 weeks ago, and my weight has stayed stable since the last injection. I will lose another 35 or 40 pounds then maintain that weight. It's easier than any diet, or program I have ever attempted. I have tried everything from Atkins, to phentermine, and nothing has worked this well. Dr. did a total blood panel, and everything came back perfect.
