I do not understand much about weight problems but one of my friends said that she cannot lose weight because of her metabolism. This is what she says:
I believe she has put herself in starvation mode. If you don't eat enough of what your body needs then it won't let go of what it has. If she were to eat 6 small meals a day and find out how many calories her body needs in a day and divide it up,cutCuts and puncture wounds out ~500 calories from total I bet she will loose weight and I mean FAT not muscle.
and once she does that she might get a jump in weight the first month or first few weeks but it goes down again
