Need to shop!!

HI ALL,

Could I please ask you guys to give me some product ideas for using during my phase 2 protocol?

NHW says no lanolin. But unless I have missed something, all others are fine.

I plan to purchase 100% organic or close to it.
I need to know about Hair products, soaps, moisturizer, etc


what are you guys doing?

I need to look at KT's book again, but since I am doing NHW, i feel confused.

Hi,
I have been on the NHW program for 2 weeks and have lost 14lbs I have sensitive skin and I live in Arizona. I use creams from European Touch. They
are from Poland and they have not affected my weight loss. Also, I have found the NHW very easy to follow, I do buy a lot of my produce and oil free dressings at Sprouts. I have always eaten healthy just too much.
I have done lots of research on skincare and these creams are the best I have found anywhere. Hope this helps.

I am off to whole foods later. I have always wanted to splurge on the Dr. Haushkna(sp?) line and KT lists them in some of his books.

I'll have to see.

Hi,
I want to lose 40lbs, It is all excess fat mostly at the stomach area. I have lost two inches in my waist so it is very encouraging. I hate shots so I must be motivated to do that. My daughters were totally shocked.
As for the shampoo I did not change what I was using.
The creams are from Dax Cosmetics in Poland and are only available online through Dax USA.
I only use there cleansing milk for 55+ because it is non drying.
My husband bought me KT's book and he is very supportive. I am so excited and happy with the results so far and I appreciate your comments.

Here are some ideas for 100 percent all natural try Aubrey organics.. they have great great shampoo for about 9-10 a bottle. I love them.
