A few weeks ago there were 4-5 people looking for a hcg clinic near Dallas. I found one yesterday in Ft Worth that just got their web site up.  I emailed these questions to them.  If anyone is interested, provide your email address and I'll send the Web site info, and the answer from these questions.

Questions I sent:
1)  Do you follow Dr Simeon's Protocol exactly (500 cal per day, food list, etc)?  
2)  How many and what quantity hcg shots do you presribe?  
3)  Do you prescribe the premixed hcg or do we have to mix the solution?  
4)  How often would I need to visit your office?
5)  Are there lab tests up front and what is the cost?
6)  How long have you been doing this?

From their Web site I know both the husband & wife did the hcg shots & diet program themselves and lost 110 pounds between them.

Website for the Clinic in Ft Worth is www.hcgweightsolution.com.  It is a Chriopractor Clinic associated with a D.O. The D.O. requires the Clinic follow you through phase 1 before he will prescribe HCG for Phase 2.
