Phen (or other) and B12 doctor in Central PA?

Hi all! Does anyone know of a weight loss doctor to do the Phen (or other medication) and B12 shots in Central PA? I'm near Harrisburg. I was going to a doctor in Georgia when I lived there...he prescribed me Diethylpropion and B12 shots. It worked great! I lost 53 lbs in 6 months. Now, I have gained a good portion of it back...I'm starving all the time! I tried talking to my PCP, but she is not big on medications. I was hoping to go to a doctor specifically for weight loss.
