I think 37.5 is the maximum dosage, however your body builds up a tolerance. The best thing to do is take a break from the pill for a couple of weeks, then start back either taking 1/2 pill daily or 3 days on, 1 day off to help prolong the effectiveness.

I wouldn't advise taking more than one daily unless you are under a doctor's supervision... especially if you have any tendency at all to have high blood pressure.

I have been on the phentermine many times and your body does build up a tolerance to it. I have taken the 37.5 2 to 3 times daily
