Phentermine diet pills

Ok I took a 1/2 of a 37.5 mg pill at 9 am its now 11 30 and I was up cleaning and i felt kinda faint and heart racing.Took my heart rate and it was 120 and blood pressure was 126/91 after sitting down and resting bp dropped to99/73 but heart rate is still 119..i called drs office and nurse didnt seem to concerned just told me side effects one which said irregular heart beat and feeling faint,,,,,,,,,,i callled 2 pharmisits and one said its normal and i should get used to it in a couple days Im scared i might have heart attack..........Any oneout there have this happen to them.Will I guet used to it?
