Phoenix Area Weight Loss Centers - Costs

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if anyone can share the cost of a weight loss center they go to. I have been seriously thinking of going but of course no prices are given on the phone and I don't want to be "suckered" into anything like I have been in the past with places like LA weight loss and Jenny Craig.
These weight loss centers I'm talking about are the ones that advertise "Dr. Monitored" "Injections" one advertises - "Lose 30 pounds in 45 days" etc. I'm from the Phoenix area but would love to hear from anyone who is willing to share the price and their personal experience with success. I'm looking to lose between 30 to 40 pounds. Thanks so much in advance to all who can help.
