Pregnancy and dieting

by messinet, Aug 22, 2006 12:00AM
I had a baby in Jan. of this year and have been trying to get the weight off.  I found EPH200, it's been working well.  The problem is, I found out I'm pregnant again.  I'm wondering if it is safe to still take the EPH200 while pregnant, until I get my weight down?

NO!!You should not try to lose weight while pregnant. You need to be taking in extra calories now, not less. Take prenatal vitamins and eat healthy. Save the dieting for after this baby is born. good luck

I had a baby in January as well and had gained 75 pounds. I have had good results in getting the weight off by pretty much just watching what I eat. Breastfeeding, if you are able to keep it up, can help burn those extra calories. Good luck with everything!!
