To: Any Dr. willing to do Pro-Bono bariatric surgery
I am going to turn 50 years old next year and 90% of my life I have been obese.  Today I am raising two of my grand children and I can barely walk.  My back always hurts and with great humility I ask my grandson to help me pull up my stockings.  To walk to the car takes great effort.  I'm afraid that I will die.  I work for a marketing company and the owner of the company and her husband have both had the surgery.  They are both very supportive but are unable to help in a financial way.  Our company doesn't offer insurance.  If a doctor would be willing to do weight loss surgery for me the company would in exchange market you and your practice. On one of our webpage "givingbackwithlove.org"  there is an opportunity for individuals to make donations towards my surgery.  If you look at the  webpage  you can click on my non-profit organization UR SOMEBODY.ORG and make a donation or learn more about my plight.  I can be contacted at 214-440-7059 or ***@****.  Thank you for this opportunity to share this part of my life with you.  Will you help me?

I'm looking for a doctor who is willing to help my 19 year old.  He is in need of WLS.  He is 6'3" and weighs about 389 lbs.  He is still on my insurance but it doesn't cover WLS.  Is there any doctor that would be willing to perform the vertical sleeve for a reduced cost?  I'm afraid he is just waiting to die.  He is embarrassed so therefore, he will not exercise and will barely leave the house.   He has been overweight most of his entire life.  It breaks my heart to just sit back and watch him continue this way.  If there is anyone out there that can help, please email me at ***@****.

Thank You and
God Bless!

Sue

To: dear doctors
my story isnt much different from most others accept im sure not many were traded in for a younger model after 29 years, by text...yep thats right dumped by text, took all my self esteem and my confidence, i used to be bubbly and confident, not so much nowa days, i live in the uk and could really do with a abdomanal plasty and a boob up lift, i live alone with my 2 teenage girls and lost my great career as a mental health practitioner as well as my confidence...thats me, poor and fat...please contact me at ***@**** if u are a doc and are willing to do pro-bono.
