Hello! I'm new to this. I was wondering if any one out there could help me. I am up to 163 from 137. Now I have a tummy that hangs over itself and I am worried that when I loose this new weight I will have this sagging skin hanging off my front. I carry weight well but now that I am nearing the mid 40s I worry things won't rebound like they have in the past. Anyone out there got a word or two of encouragment or advice?
