Shot combined with sublingual

I wanted to ask you guys that are also doing the program, i am currently getting injections once a week at a clinic. They wont administer them any more often than that... i know they wear off in about 72 hours.. what do you guys think about supplementing with the sublinguals on the rest of the days or should i just buy the shots myself? <--- trying to avoid it, i dont like to stick myself =-) thanks for the imput

We go to the same clinic. They are trying to get the doc to let them administer the shot more than once a week.  Like I mentioned in a previous post, we are only getting 125iu .5CC  and /1CC of B-12 a week.  Sometimes I can't get to the clinic, so I have decided to order my product.
I will be making another trip this week though until my product comes in. And I had my lost shot Tuesday and it has already worn off.  I have to use the pills too.
I hope ordering works.  It will save me a long drive.  
I will need to find the sublingual B12 somewhere when I start the HCG shots alone .

I use b12 sublingal the clinic I use only does weekly shots also.The doc is the one who told me to use the sublingal,it works well for me.I can tell a big difference.I take 2 500mg every day.
