St. Louis doctors offering the B12 w/ Myoden or Lipotrpocs Shots

Hi there,
Can any suggest a St. Louis, Missouri doctor that gives the B12 w/Myoden or Lipotropics shots? The Myoden is for extremely obese cases. I have about 100 pounds to lose and did lose about 10 pounds with HCG shots, but they were 50.00 a pop!
