Starting B-12 shots

I have tried everything in the past and in the now and can not for life of me get rid of these extra 35 pounds.  I have had four kids and have been able in the past with each to lose the weight that was gained but not this last one.  I have heard so much positive about the B-12 shots that I decided to get with a doctor and schedule an appointment to get started.  This Doctor gives you the option to also be on the food suppressants if needed along with the low fat and low sugar diet and B-12 shots.  I was wondering if any of you here are on them and how have you done with your success so far and how long did it take you to get where you are now?

-Thank you much appreciated.

How many B12 shots do you take a day?  How much is in a dose?  Is taking the B12 shots all that you have done to lose the pounds?

I have been taking B12 shoots for about 6 mmonths. I have lost about 20lbs. I really do believe that shoots do increase energy, and weight loss.

I have heard of much more of a weight loss in a six month time???  Where you also exercising or also did you not have that much weight to lose...It will come off slower if that is the case.

I have been taking the b12 shots for 2 weeks and have lost 13lbs...I get the shot evey week and also on on phen, and 2 more vitamins plus fluid pills. The doctor also have me drinking nothing but water and on a carb diet...but I have to admit it is working and I also can tell I am losing inches.

I started b12 shots 6 weeks ago and have lost 18 lbs.  I'm on the Lindora Lean for Life Program.  The only claim they make about the shot is that it will increase your energy so that you're more likely to exercise.  i have found that my energy has increased a lot.  I go to the clinic 5 days a week and get the injections every day.  The diet is also high protein, moderate carb, (50-65 per day) and low fat.  I also get a b1,b2,b3, b6 booster about once a week, mostly to help with pms and water gain.  So far it's going great!

Well I sure hope this works for me because I have been stuck in this for a year now and nothing not a budge!  I go on April 19 I will let you all know how it goes.  I am skeptical about using the Phen with it though just for reactions I may get with it.  I didn't get any before when I took it but it was also the Phen over the net so who knows how good it actually was.

After reading all the comments about the shots and how good they worked I deciced to try it and I found that they didn't work for me.I got a b12 and fat blocker shot weekly and took an appetite pill also. The doctor in Florida I went to was happy with a 2lb. a week weight loss but for me that isn't enough to keep me paying $85 a week. The shots didn't hurt at first but after a couple weeks they did. I only lost 7 lbs. in a month. I drank 120+ ounces of water a day. I now decided to just limit the calories by myself with eating the prepackaged dinners,  eating salads, fruit, and drinking a slim fast for breakfast and I'll probably loose more and it will cost me less.
