I have had lipo about a year and 1/2 ago and I've gained the weight back.  I tried to exercise and eat right, but it just slowly came back.  Someone told me that once that fat is gone (lipo'd) it's gone forever.  That is not true.  I wish I hadn't spent the $6,000.00.

I too had liposuction 3 years ago on my stomach and thighs.  I can not tell a thing in my thighs but my stomach is flat. I have however gained weight since I had this done and I am unhappy with myself. I plan to start the HCG injections and an appetite supressant. My sister-in-law did this and she has had tremendous results!

Turned40gained40, I dont think the liposuction is responsible for the coming back of your weight. You must not have adapted your eating habits to your new weight. The fat taken out of your body simply cant come back in. You just replace it by eating. I will have an operation myself next week at JD Healthcare clinic for a major liposuction. I cant believe you paid 6000 dollars for that mine will only cost 2700 and a minor lipo costs arount 1300, how come yours is so expensive???If you dont believe me see for yourself on www.jdhealthcare.com/. Its the clinic where Im going to have my surgery done. Didnt the doctors follow you after the liposuction??You shouldnt scare people like that. Wantstobeskinnyagain I hope to be like you and your step sister soon. And you seem to be still healthy after having the lipo done. This is reassuring.

The aim of this page is mainly to publicize our research and excellent results after more then 20 years and more than 600 patients treating constipation with cecopexy (cecum fixation), which is a simple surgical operation, very similar to the operation performed in cases of appendicitis, but with a lower risk (see the section on Cecopexy).

The relationship between constipation and mobile cecum was recently demonstrated in a study performed in Cuba by Dr. Maura Bouza, under supervision of Dr. Ahmed Guzmán.

Headaches, meteorism, hypermenorrhea or dyspareunia  are some of the accompanying symptoms of chronic constipation (see the section on Constipation). Those symptoms also disappear after cecopexy if they are not caused by other etiologies.

We also try to promote the use of this same technique to treat the irritable bowel syndrome or spastic colon. We think that the use of cecopexy to treat the irritable bowel syndrome is offered for the first time in the history of medicine as a specific treatment for this frequent and annoying disease (see the section on Spastic Colon).
