Switch your diet up.
NHW told me you need to have variety.
Some mornings I have nothing and eat lunch at 1 or 2. (i do not have any hunger....)
Some mornings, after the gym I have a 2 egg white omlette w/ onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc.
Sometimes just 1/2 a piece of fruit.
Lunch is usually greenGreen tea salad leaves w/ ind. tin of tuna in water (2.7 oz is 90 cals)
or a bit of chicken or turkey (grilled or steamed) I spray trader joes balsamic vinegar on everything.
Might add some baby organic tomatoes. Perhaps some carrotts.
Or just have an organic, salt free chicken broth.
Supper is fish or turkey or chicken or beef or pork.
About 4 oz and brocolli or zuccinin or swiss chard.
And a smal salad.
NHW says not to eat salad more than 3 times a week, but I do very often.
Thanks for the encouragement!! I am on day 4. I have lost 2.5, but I gained .5 yesterday. I was really focusing too much on the 1 pound loss everyday. I am just going to following the plan all the way. Atleast I am loosing!!

I have lost 16.5lbs in the past 2 weeks.
