While you lose quickly, if you are not careful and change the way you eat you will put it all back on VERY quickly. I do splurge once a week and have a few more calories for Pasta or bread.
I am on Phentermine (Dr. Prescribed) and an 800 calorie a day diet. I lost 10lbs the first month, and have lost 2lbs in the last week. While I don't exercise (lazy), I am sure I would lose more if I could just get my rear in gear and do a little something. :(
I have tried everything from Accupuntcure to Magnets to Weight Watchers and back. Weight Watchers is a GREAT program, but after a couple of years of being stuck and then losing patience I have found a doctor in my area that does the Phentermine diet.
