Tri Vita (Which One?)

by curiousgirl06, Apr 03, 2006 12:00AM
I was reading the question about the B-12 shots vs the TriVita.  I went on their website and I'm not sure which would be better...The Tri Vita Sublingual B-12 or the TriVita Energy Now.  Does anyone know which of the two or is it the two combined together that is like or better than the B-12 shot???  It is inexpensive, if it works.  Anyone tried one or both?

I use the Triviita sublingual B-12 and found it increases my energy, mental ability and balance.  When I don't take it I get more fatigued and need more sleep.  When I considered the cost vs benefit, I consider it a good buy.  The Leanology has helped me loss weight, but I have gotten to where I dislike the shakes.  I can only use the chocolate flavor because of food allergies.  Maybe if I could use the other shakes, I would like to variety.
