Hi All, I have been taking Phen. 37.5 and B12 with Lipotropics shots twiceTwice-a-day a week and I am losing weight--slowly. I know I should exercise more and I am trying to work on that. I just saw where mydietsolutions is offering B6, B12 with Lipotropics. Has anyone used this shot before. It sounds like it helps even more than the B12 with Lipo. I have read where B6 is really good for you so I am thinking about using it. Can anyone tell me about there experience.
Hi, I have been reading alot of info and I took the plung and bought the B6, B12 with Lipo. I took advantage of the sale from mydietsolutions. My girlfriend in Texas has been using it and she said it really gave her a boost and my her energy level better. She is not as heavy as me but she has lost a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys over 25lbs. After talking with her today I decided to go for it. I'll keep you posted. I am excited about my order. Thanks a bunch.
Hi,
You might want to check your calorie intake. Sometimes if you are not eating frequently throughout the day your metabolism will slow down because your body thinks it is being starved. You should try to eat 5-6 small high protien meals per day with either a healthy greenGreen tea vegetable or fruit. Your calories for losing weight is your current weight multiplied by 7. Just taking the phendimetrazine and the Vitamin B12 shots with MIC or lipotropic agents is not enough to lose weight. The phendimetrazine does help curb your appetite so you don't have the craving but unless you eliminate foods that are high in fat and carbs you may stall in weight loss. Of course with all weight loss programs, you should try to exercise at least 4-5 times a week with some light weight training with high reps so you can tone. Good Luck. Hello ,
I read from the beginning of this forum to the end. I spoke to people and tried to get the real facts. I talked to people that I have seen the results of this before trying this myself. So last week I went for my first visit for the B12 shot and I didn't believe it would work. I have a little higher sugar level than I should, so this is the real reason I need to get my weight down. I have a small daughter and I can't see myself having a medical condition as severe as diabetes at 25 years old. I am trying to live life for her. So I weighed in at 186.5-my highest weight ever. I decided I was going to pay for this and be serious. I weighed in today and I lost 11.4 lbs in 1 week. I ate right and followed the directions faithfully and excercised. The diet program includes the B12 shot weekly, 3 appetite suppresants a day, along with calcium and a multivitamin twice a day. There is also a strict calorie intake you must follow. The food part was a little hard for me only the 1st 2 days, now I will eat like this forever. My goal easy reach goal would be 160 lbs, but I think I might try for 150 lbs. Good Luck to all those who are researching. I couldn't believe it but IT WORKS!!!
Hi all!
I saw this thread and thought I'd see what everyone had to say about the B12 + Lipotropics. I'm using them currently in the pill form. I was taking the injections at a clinic here locally then found them in pill form at MyDietSolutions, so I went ahead and ordered them. I was expecting a slow-down in my weightloss, but the pills 3 times a day work really well! The diet that the local doctor had me on was very strict and.... boring. I've found that I lose interest and fall off the wagon if I get bored. Dr. Gates suggested a bit higher calorie intake (1200-1400) and pretty much I eat what I want, I simply count my calories... which was nothing like the plan here. For my Christmas present to myself I'm going to order then B6 + B12 + Lipo injections. I've also used the Sublingual Adenosine as well and it works really well for me on boosting my Metabolism.
I'm very pleased so far! I stopped the pills while I went through a bunch of medical testing and was so worried that I was going to gain it all back, but I haven't had a problem at all.... pretty amazing in my book!
Well, after being off the B12Lipo pills for a few weeks during all my medical tests, I went back on them. During the past week and a half I've been binging on colas and high fat foods... crazy, but it's like the minute I found out I was cancer-free I wanted to... celebrate?? What a lousy and foolish way to do it! Anyway, the pills kicked right in and cleaned my colon out really. The Lipotropics in the pills are supposed to assist and support the liver in breaking down the fats and carbs and helping to push them on out.... well, looks like it lived up to its word! I'm amazed... and thankful... that it helps me so much.
Is a 22 pound loss in 10 weeks pretty good??? I guess I'm just kind of in awe that I've found something that actually.... works! I mean, gosh, I tried probably 7 different weight loss programs so I was about to give up! I've been off of the LipoB12 for about 3 weeks now and the weight hasn't come back, which is something TOTALLY different for me, and I'm wanting to go ahead and lose more now that I know I don't have Thyroid cancer... Guess I need to go online and reorder LOL!
