Vitamin B-12 shots. How do the work with weight loss?

by nick2005, Nov 01, 2006 12:00AM
Can anyone explain how B-12 helps with weight loss? I have been googling this and can not find a seemingly scientific answer.

I think the B 12 alone gives you energy to be more active which burns more calories.  I use the shots and I just feel like doing more.  But, I follow a lower cal diet and do the HCG shots with them.  I have lost some weight and inches.

I've wondered this myself.  I also wonder what the HCG does to help.  I know B12 is AWESOME for energy, but what is HCG? And Lipo? Thanks.

B12 is a natural energy booster but it also reduces stress. The shots are so helpfull because your body can obsorb so much more then through a pill. I think a lot of people here aren't just taking B12 shots its a mix of B12,B6 and Myoden. The Myoden otherwise known as Adenosine or Lipo cause your fat cells to release stored fat and burn it as energy. I was never a marning person until I started taking the shot. I get it 3 times a week. Its better than caffine because you don't crash mid day or get jittery. I've lost 3 lbs this past week on it.

Its Adenosine monophosphate, B12 and B6. Its a shot that you get one or 2 times a week.  You have to get it through a doctors office.
