Want to lose weight, need information.

I have heard a lot about losing weight with injections. I have been trying to find someone to help with this information, but I have had no luck. I am in North Carolina and really want to find someone to help me. I have heard that the injections work very well. Can someone please respond with some information? Thanks :)

my email address is ***@****. Any information is helpful. I am supposed to have my consultation and first shot on Monday, but I have to drive over an hour to get there. Just hoping there was an easier way where I would not have to drive that far. Any information and input is appreciated. :)
