A few things to ask clinics who are doing these injections are:
1- What protocol do you follow?
2- How often will you come in and will they provide you with the mixed shots to give your self or will you need to come in for the shot.
3- What dosage of HCG are they giving you and how often.
Read the Dr Simeons Protocol called Pounds and Inches available all over the internet for free before blindly going into a Doctor's office to start the HCG diet. This was well researched for many years by Dr Simeons and while straying from the protocol can still produce results, not following it precisely (especially the breaks and resetting periods) can cause the weight to come back on. When followed exactly, this is much less likely to happen.
