Weighed yesterday!

Well I lost another 3 pounds! Im happy with that! I think the lipo shots are helping a Great deal. I have been sticking to around 700 cal a day and it gets easier daily. Today I ate way too much Ham, but...lol.. Wish me luck this week, I have a pound of ham to work off...lol

how long have you been on the hCG protocol or is it something different??

I started the HCG shots in Nov, but I got pnemonia (pneumonia) and was in the hospital twice so that put it off, then had knee surgery in Feb so I fell behind a couple of months. For the past month I have received a b-12 lipo shot every week. This week coming up, I start back on the HCG. So I will be on the 2 shots. All in all I think I have done great considering all the postponements..lol..So in my eyes, I didnt start this regularly until the end of Feb. When I started in Nov tho, I lost 18 pounds in the first 2 weeks! So I was hooked...lol... Good luck and wish me luck, now I have over 80 more pounds to go..
