Weight Loss & Epilepsy

Ok, so you all going on bout Topomax (topamax) (been on over a yr 50mg twice a day), yes its brilliant and so u right in many ways.  Keeps me calm at work and helps cope with stress lowering my seizure threshold and added benefit I LOVED - lost weight. Lost a good I'd say 8-10kg.  Was in my goal weight - 51kg for 28 yr f/male. Doc increased Topomax (topamax) to 150mg twice a day due to seizures and has put me onto Zoloft due to stress at work, now put on 5kg.  Does Zoloft make you put on weight? And does prolonged use of Topomax (topamax) stop you maintaining your weight - my major stress factor since I was about 11 yrs old.....advise pls....
