Weight loss shots in Dallas

Can someone please tell me where I can possible get a energy/weight loss shot in Dallas? I am in Dallas as a result of Hurricane Katrina and I can not find a weight loss clinic.

Hi there - The Mesobella website has very little detail. Can you offer any pricing information just as a point of reference? I'm not worried about price really, but would like to have an idea going in. Thanks for any help you can offer!
