I began treatment last week at Carolina Bariatrics in Gastonia NC (Near Charlotte NC).  They have been around for many years and actually have other locations around the country Chicago IL, Philadelphia PA, and soon to open Atlanta GA, & Fayetteville NC .  You do not have to be on a 500 calorie a day diet, you get 2 meal bars and 2 low carb meals which are explained in the first session with you.  You get the injections of HCG and Phentermine Tablets.  If you work in the medical field you get a 20% discount also which is nice.  The initial cost is $140 - $170 just depending on what meds they give you and if they need to do labs on you.  This cost includes your weekly injection. And is the cost before your discount.  You can get 2 injections a week if you want.  I may do that but I'm waiting to see how I do the first month.  Injections will sting if you do not let the alcohol you prep the skin with dry first.
