Where are you guys? Crabbeam, Gingbing, blondmomma, bass-master, kraftygirl, shewolf, Bitten, etc.  Did you finish your diet with great results?  Did you drop out because it quit working for you?

I was watching your postings while deciding whether to try the HCG diet.  Because of you guys, I decided to go for it.  Now I never see any postings from any of you.

In Dr Simeon's 'Pounds & Inches' document, he does say that if you stay on the hcg too long, it becomes in-effective. That is why he put a limit on number of injection/Diet days, and insisted on a 6-8 week break before the next session.

Hi, I'm still here just mostly lurking or at yahoo.  I am still waiting for my hcg from over a month and a half ago.  I recently re-ordered from another company but still am waiting to start phase 2.  I am pretty disapointed but I'm glad so many people have had great success.  I just can't wait to start my own.

Hi there...Congratulations on ur loss...How far along with the protocol are you? Are you doing Dr. S's, KT's, or NHW? I'm still doing phase 1 and I already have my hcg...so tempting to get started but the only thing making me finish up the first phase is that I haven't ordered the mixing supplies yet..

I started 3-19-07 at 310.4 pounds and today weighed in at 256.4 pounds.  I have been using the oral hcg and will go off it May 31st so I can have 4 weeks to go on a maintenance program before I go on vacation.  Within a couple of weeks after my vacation, I will go back on the hcg, as my goal is 224 pounds, 12% bodyfat, that I hope to reach or be very close to by my 49th birthday the beginning of September.

WOW! Congratulations to your weight loss! I hope I'm as successful as you are with your progress...Can't wait to start...I got the injection type of hcg...A little freaked about the whole injecting myself concept but everyone else who seems to be injecting says it's painless and nothing to it...I just hope I do this right.

wow, this is encouraging! I can't believe how quickly and how much weight you have lost! Amazing!! YOu say you are on oral hcg. Can you tell me where you get it from? I'd like to try that.

  Ok, I finally hit the dreadful plateau.  4 days in a row at the same weight and doing everything to a "T".  Yesterday (after the 3rd day at the same weight) I even did the "apple day" as suggested by the protocol.  This morning...no change?  Even if the HCG is losing its effect (since I've been taking them for about 30 days now...but skipping wknds) with only taking in a few apples shouldnt I have still lost this past day?  Anyone want to comment on their experience and or suggestions? Thanks!

you probably arent losing weight but inches.. try taking measurements!

According to KT's book, sometimes when you reach a point you are no longer losing, then your body has become immune to the HCG.  So, you need to take a 6 week break and start back up again....

You may want to review that part of the book again, to just be sure....

have been reading about these HCG shots do i need a prescription can i get it online without a prescription?? does if come in pill form? has anyone dealt with a reputable company (to know they're getting the right thing) not a copycat?? thanks

Phase 1 is getting boring but I only have Until June 5th when I go on Phase 2, so I'm hanging in. Looking forward to losing like you'all.  I've actaully lost 5 lbs during the Phase 1 cleaning and body prep process (on 3rd week), but I'm ready for some real numbers in Phase 2.

Glad to see you gals are still here. Still...a bunch of our people are missing. Bitten....where are you, gal?  Everyone was over on the yahoo hcg_support group for a while.  Unfortunately, after all the hard work from Nightowl, edwards, bass_master, etc. the site is morphing into things like "The Secret" and such. It's getting way to much to sort through when one is seeking HCG help. I feel terrible that is happening. Everyone worked so hard to make it an HCG support site w/o editing website information and such (although that happened to our poor nightowl anyway).  I so appreciate all the help they gave everyone.  Let's hope to hear from them soon about their progress.

Please know I have nothing against The Secret especially if it helps people. That said, there are group for that on yahoo and, I'm sure, other places as well.
