am i the only one or what

I recently started b12 shots on my own...i feel great..and i'm losing.does anyone else takes it besides me... i use a needle 1cc b-d does anyone use anything else because that particular needle does hurt/sting

My sister in law uses B-12 for ADHD. She swears by it. She injects herself every three days. She takes no medication, only B-12.
