b12 100mg vitamins

Hi everyone I recenlty found this site and it has me very intriged. I am currently on xanical and its not going so well. No weightloss only the poops. I was wondering If taking the otc b12 vitamin 1000mg would be the same as getting the shot? Any imput would be greatful.

No its not the same. pills good for vitamin b12 supplement but the shots help you lose weight

Just an idea. Would the sublingual B12 under the tongue be as good as the shot? It by passes the stomach and goes directly in the blood stream.
