b12/lipotropics injections and your period.

I just started three days ago taking this B12 with lipotropics and ten min after I took the shot I started bleeding. I have only seen one post back from 2008 with a lady experiencing the same issue and noone knew what to tell her. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know what its caused from...thanks
