B-12 will not help you lose weight....its for energy...if you are not low on B-12 ,then B-12 injections prob will not do much for you...and HCG will not help you lose weight either...,good luck to you

I use B12 - I use it for energy and because it gives you lots of energy you feel like exercising and cleaning, and alot of other things.

BUT, it also seems to keep you "regular" which helps in the weight lose. Who wants to keep having trouble "going."

And I "bloat" less when I take my B12.

So, I love B12. But to each their own.
