i started the b-12w/lipo approx a week ago and dont feel any different. i dont find that i have any more energy and havent lost a single ounce. i go to the gym no less than 5days per week for at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours doing both cardio and weights.why do i still feel drained and why wont the scale budge?please help!!!
Hi,
I was wondering if you have ever thought of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy??
If not....take a read of the newest Suzanne Sommers book - AGELESS. I have read both the Sexy Years and Ageless. It was a real eye opener for me and will be starting on the bioidentical hormone replacement therapy in two weeks.
I have been in the same situation as you describe, tired, irritable, sore joints, along excess weight that won't budge even with proper diet and exersise!
I am currently taking the b12 injections and adenosine injections as well, I have lost 6 lbs and a total of 3 inches. I began taking these shots in mid-November.
thanks for the responses...you know, i was so focused on the scale that i never thought about the measurements,i guess i was just hoping for drastic results.
nish..how much have you lost? do you self inject?are you working out and what are you eating?
devious...i havent heard of the hormone therapy what is it,shots, pills?
I started the shots on Friday and take them every other day. I haven't loss any weight, but I can feel like I have lost a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys bit of inches. I measured myself this week end and will concentrate on doing that on a weekly basis. Remember that if you are working out, your weight may be muscle as opposed to fat so your best bet is to watch the inches for now.
hi again.. i took everyones advice and took my measurements last night and then tried to drown myself in the shower (haha)how depressing. noo but really now at least i have a starting point and something to refer to. i have never taken my measurements before so my only fearFears and phobias is that next week i'll measure a different spotBirthmarks - pigmented Liver spots Measles, koplik spots - close-up Mongolian blue spots and think that i have gained or lost when i really havent. im gonna go online and find out the correctCorrect (new formula) way to take my measurments to spare myself some of the heartache lol. anyway.. i took my shot this morning and went to the gym, still no surge of energy but i made it through.
I just got a bottle of B-12 5000MCG/ML 10ML
That's how the bottle looks. I remember 23 years ago going to a weight loss clonic where they gave me b vitamins and lipotropics (i think) in an injection. I went 2x a week and it was 15.00 A shot. Wow!!!! Energy galore and the weight fell pff, also because I actually felt like getting up and going to the gym. I was there 5 days a week for about 2 hrs. a day. I weighed 110, with nothing but solid muscle... I moved away, went thru ealy menopause thru hysterectomyHysterectomy Hysterectomy - series ang now I am at 145. I have never seen this weight in my whole life. I 37 and have never been ever 120 after 3 kids. Help, is this the stuff i've been needing? Where can I get it and I also took Adipex with it. But in the mean time can someone tell me how much and hoe often I can take this B-12????? I promise I will love yall forever New Orleans
P.S. Thank you JESUS i found this website. Everyone post
hi there,
i guess i am being a little hard on myself so i have kinda backed off. im not walking much but i am doing weights and the eliptical, the stairmaster, and i have just added the bike. i only do the bike when im kinda run down(like i was this morning). im in the gym 5days a week with out fail for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, so you would think the weight would just be falling off....i dont know. there is one thing that may be part of the problem...im not drinking a ton of water like i keep hearing others are doing. im not drinking soda or juice either but probably should increase my water. i have been doing my own injections maybe i should have joined a program first and then got the shots so i would have a guide to follow.we'll see. thanks
I have been on the lipo shots for 4 weeks. I only receive them once a week. I am drinking water, exercising more and eating much much better. I have only lost 4 pounds, but that is because I eat late at night. Has anyone ever heard that if you do not exercise you will gain weight with the shots?
Never heard that you will gain weight. I hardly do any excercising and I have lost 24 pounds in 8 weeks. Be consistent in eating before 7:00 at night. If not, your food just sits there all night.
I am taking B12 shots. I started off with 1 CC per week, per Doctors percription. 1000 mcg/ml. I felt the results right away. I then switched to 1/2 CC twice a week, getting a rush of energy on the days that I took it. I have now ordered some of the 100 mcg/ml. I would like to know if anyone has knowledge of taking this everyday. Is there a link that I can research to tell me if I am taking to much. Bottom line I treadmill twice a day for a total of 1 hour and eat rignt and have gone from 320 to 220 in less than 7 months.
