if you notice..those nice to me..I'm nice back..but  any who...I'm very well known for knowing my stuff about weight loss..supplements..and steroids...(I'm getting injections Friday for a rib prob) so I do my home work..and I have friends in the body building world..which HCG is old news and used very much..not to a basher..but I asked all including a top level pro bodybuilding in magazines..and they all said..HCG will not help with weight loss..sorry if anyone does not agree...but my finding &studies..im happy with..but to each there own...some one asked for a tip from me.so heres 1 I found..which goes kinda along the lines of atkins..(which i think is 1 of the biggest scams ever) and they admitted in court atkins based claims on false info and the likely hood most 'could' & 'would' not over eat if they ate alot of fat..but thats a diff topic...back to my tip..only when yuor glyogen levels are full can & will the body store carbs as fat..but the ave person can hold almost 400 grams of carbs(1,600 cals) so if needed go 2 days 'lower carb' 1 day high..the bottum line is to never let the elvels get full...excercise & fasting emptys them fastest...to me after going though every horror weight loss story...over 100 books...300 magazines...3 doctors..and real life experince..there is no trick..no secreet....burn more then eat..simple as that..another good trick is.,.find out your LBM (lean body mass) =weight -lbs of fat* and use this as your base calories...add a zero to it..my LBM is like 165..so 1,650 cals is my base..i stagger my cals..like 1,600...... 1,850...2,200...etc..then back down..any help just ask..and good luck to all..and ps some of the dumb stuff ive done..but learned from

dropped 42 lbs and went to 7.2% body fat in 4 months (my goal)
I'm happy..just could use energy....that's why IM looking into
B-12 I've taking EPHEDRA for over 13 yrs..it don't even work that good for me no more..I still take it prob 3-5 x a week..this is long..now you know my story..lol good luck to all !

p.s there is no tricks..like ALLI the new over the counter drug out..lol nonsense..
