I love you, I love your baby, I was in the SAME boat you are in right now. I wish I could come there and just hug you until you pop with love to let you know DONT TAKE ANYTHING right now.
I know its hard...omg I know, trust me I know. LOL
Everythin that goes in YOUR mouth, will go into the babies mouth. When I got sick while breastfeedingBreast-feeding tips Breastfeeding Breastfeeding - resources,(I got the flu really bad) I put my baby on formula temporarily while taking meds. Because EVERYTHING I took was in that milk. Its a hard decision to make for some people, but its the healthiest road for your baby. I didnt want to feed my baby all the meds and antibiotics I was taking. He cried and fussed for a week straight, and it was a nightmare, but I knew, I was doing the best thing for him by not feeding him my drugs.
You wont be breastfeeding forever, be patient mama. And remember, your baby, doesnt need to be on a diet...so dont feed him or her diet pills thru your milk.

ok...A healthy baby breastfeeding will use up 500 calories of your body produsing the milk. Lowering your calories will help wthi loss a little bit, but DONT go too low, because that baby miilk will prodce whether you eat or not, and if you dont eat healthy, it will draw from your bone marrow, and all your nutrients sucked dry to give it to the baby. You have to eat lots of fruits and veggie and lots of protien while nursing.
