caffeine and the HCG diet

by dontstoptiludrop, May 20, 2007 12:00AM
Can anyone who is a heavy coffee drinker tell me how they felt when they stopped drinking caffeine cold turkey when starting the HCG diet?  DId you have withdrawal symptoms?  If so how long and how severe?

You don't have to give up coffee.  Read Dr Siemons protocol.  You can have tea and coffee.

Where in Europe do you live?  I thought KT's books said that Hcg is easily available in Europe and the USA is the only country that hasn't approved it for weight loss.  Was he  's t r e t c h i n g'  the truth?

I live in Austria.  It is impossible to get it here.  i have spoken to a pharmacist friend here and she cannot give it out.  I did find a website that sells it in I believe Holland but they we so shady that I didn't trust to buys anything form them.   I ask them to send me a bit of info on their company and never heard form them again.

Do you not have any of the Clinics there who specialize in weightloss and are now giving the hcg injections?  We have 8 or so well established clinics and a few new ones 'poppin up', but scattered out all over the USA.  Generally, the way they work is:  You go in for an initial exam and check-up, you pick up your hcg supplies, then they mail supplies afterward. You only have to visit the clinic 1 time, but they keep in contact with you through phone or email to monitor your progress.  Good Luck with your search!

This is October 2009. I read KTs book last year and it sounded as if you could hardly get the hdG in the US.

But recently  a lot of clinics are doing it so what happened?

Here in Texas it is very expensive and you have to be monitored by a doc and nurses.
I guess you could order over the internet but I am not going that route. Also if you hate shots there is supposedly an under the tongue alternative, not as good tho.
