cardio 5 days a week for 4 yrs, gaining wieght now
In the last 4 months, I have gained 18lbs. Why, when I work out religously 5 days a week for 1hr to 1hr 30min? I have had blood work done for thyroid and everything else the doctor can think of, NO ANSWERS.  I eat extreamly healthy and my have the occational drink ( maybe once a month) I use to be really over wieght, why would this be happening. my calorie intake is any where from 1200 - 1500  a day maybe, my work out is all cardio with a 5 to 8lb wieght on a few exercises.
