Im feeling really down at the moment about my weight i am 5 foot 7 n half inches i weight about 11n half stone , and i feel like im constantly gaining, im getting depressed more and more all the time my depression / anxiety was cured but this whole weight gain and feeling fat thing is making me depressed again , i suffer from major episodes or clinical depression , and i feel i may be on meds for a long time,

does any body know of any suppliment i can take, ? or anything in particular i can do to help shift the weight? i feel ugly and its getting to the point i dont want to be seen by people incase they start talking about my weight,

i have been on lexapro for 7 years with no weight gaining problems (from this med). sounds like you need to speak to your dr. about adding another type of med to the lexapro.
