clen vs ephedra

by vstarjewel, Nov 03, 2006 12:00AM
I've taken ephedra in the past with fairly good results.  No side effects, and although I've lost weight in the past I find it isn't doing a whole lot for me now.  I only have 20 or 25 lbs to lose, and was reading about clenbuterol.  What I was wondering is if anyone out there has tried both, and if so, what were the differences?  Thanks!!

I thought Ephedra was off the market?  The alkoloids from the Ephedra is what really helped alot of people lose weight.

I too took Ephedra when it first hit the market with WONDERFUL results I lost a total of 34lbs in like 2 months with no exercise whatsoever.  But like all things if they are too good to be true they probably are.  Of course I gained the weigh back and then some and no other diet pill worked from that point on.  I went to the doctor and he informed me that all of these diet pills especially ones with ephedra and other stimulants destroy you thyroid glad.  It took me several months on prescriptions to get the thyroid working properly.

As far as clumbuerol(s/p) I also tried that.  I had a body building bodyfriend who help ed me find it. It is supposed to be a miracle fat burned when you work out.  However good luck working out after you take it.  The only place I wanted to go after taking it was to the emergency room becasue I thought I was goin to have a heart attack.  I could not of even imagined going to the gym and accelerating my heart rate any more!!! It made me feel sick and it is illegal. I am wondering if you bknow what it is?  It is a bronchular(s/P) inhibitor for horses!!!  I do not recommend anyone taking something that was made for a horse! This is just my opinion but, please rethink the horse meds!

yes i too tried both ephedra when it was legal...also tried clenbuterol twice but the heart rate beats fast & i dont think its worth the risk....The shots B12 & hcg & meds that these docs are providing do work fine & you lose weight so why risk it...the point is to lose weight. so from experience with clen, eph, & the shots....the shots are worth your money & your health

do't use clen for losing more than 10 pounds. it thickens the walls of your heart muscle, use for a short period. Use it as the last step to lean up your final look.

Well I have decided I like my ephredine pills better than clenbuterol. Felt like **** during my workouts and always hungry. Taking an ephredine pill in the morning makes me not hungry all day, been having to make myself eat(protein of course )
