It sounds like you hit a nerve. Depending on where you gave the shot. Always make sure the hole of the needle is up and go about 3 inches down from the top of your arm and 2 inches over. What are the shots your giving yourself and if HCG where did you buy it? Hope this helps you. Please e-mail me about where you bought your shots.

Thanks for your reply,,,I am just going to stick to the upper thighs for my shots. i bought lipo/b12 injections from mydietsolutions.com as did several people here on this board. quick shipments payments via paypal. good luck and once again, thank you for your help.
