my nurse told me that you actually shouldn't exercise until you have almost all of the weight off that you want to lose. i haven't been exercising (other than taking care of 3 small kids) and I've lost 17 pounds in 24 days. She said the average should be around 5 lbs. per week. I started in May and I plan to reach my goal of 60 lbs. by Aug. My calorie intake is about 550-600 calories per day and I drink about 107 oz. of water everyday. I get my shots Mon.; Wed., and Fri. every week and the B-12 is added to the HCG on Mon. and Fri. I am really pleased and I think my money was well spent. I hope this helps.
