Where is there a doctor in Salisbury, NC offering HCG shots?

there is a clinic in concord nc that offers the shots plus nutritional info. the name of the clinic is copperfield. it is located on the dale earnhart blvd exit off of I-85. let me know if you are interested you can give them my referral. thanks

is is copperfield clinic or is it listed under a doctor's name? I can't find anything under copperfield in concord except for copperfield center at 345 copperfield blvd. Google comes up with nothing under copperfield and dale E. blvd. either.
