I am currently on the Dr. Bernstein diet and it is working great. I have lost 31 pounds and I feel wonderful. I need to know if there have been any studies done on this diet, and if there has how would I look at the studies. It is B6 and B12 shots 3 times a week as well as a low carb, low calorie diet.
I'm looking to start Dr. Bernstein diet in US and I was wondering if you are still happy with your results. You say in your post you lost 31lbs. AFter how many weeks, did that happen? I know the post is rather old, but did you lose any more? how many weeks did you do total? did you maintain the lbs off?
