exercise 45min a day rollerblading, eliptical
I was feeling really good. until my coworkers started talking about their weight each one named numbers and I weighed  more than most, I am blown away I roller blade for 45 min been doing that a month, before that, I did the eliptical for 6 months straight starting at 20 min at first and then  45min for about 4months about 5 times a week I really wonder what is up.

for gym music and workout music, I

recommend european dance music.......

it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for

me...

.....and you don't have to tell anyone at

the office if u just listen to it on the

mp3 player at the gym ;) ....
