Do you eat the same number of calories every day? If so, you might want to try and make it different each day, that's helped me a lot... some days, have 200 more, then the next, have 200 less, etc..
There is a tendency to increase your calorie intake by the amount you're burning in exercise, so pay attention to your diet. But also keep in mind there are three factorsFactor ix complex that add pounds to the scale while you're actually losing body fat and slimming down:
1) muscle ways more than fat (you hear this one all the time)
2) when you exercise hard and regularly, your blood volume increases

So don't worry about the scale. If you feel slimmer and your clothes fit looser, you're on the right track.
